It is also permitted to charge card fees on company cards.
If you charge fees in this context, the rates must be stated here.)
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
With a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
Freight
We ship your order within 1-3 business days.
You choose yourself and we must deliver by dao, postnord or gls.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to salg@hanevild.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us, in its original condition.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
The item is sent to:
Hanevild, Hobrovej 7, 8830 tjele
We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
The item is sent to:
Hobrovej 7, 8830 Tjele
We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.
When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Art by Nina P. (obs. Hanevild) and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
The data controller at www.hanevild.com is Christopher Pedersen.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: kontakt@hanevild.com
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Ninna Pedersen. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:
Center for Complaint Resolution
House of Names

If you live in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaints portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Standard cancellation form
(This form is completed and returned only if the right of withdrawal is exercised)
Payment terms
Payment will happen when your order has shipped
you can pay with mastercard, visa, visa electron, dankort, american express, mobilepay and viabill
Delivery:
we have all shown products in stock and the delivery will therefore be 1-3 working days.
14 day return policy
you have a 14-day right of withdrawal before you buy a product.
The right of withdrawal and how you use it must be described in your order confirmation or on a delivery note if you were not informed of your rights when ordering.
If the store does not inform you of your right of withdrawal, the period is automatically one year and 14 days. If the online store makes you aware of the right of cancellation within the first year, you can cancel for up to 14 days thereafter. The 14-day right of withdrawal starts when you receive the item.
The store must also send you a cancellation form, which you can use if you want to cancel your purchase. However, you do not need to use the cancellation form. An email is just as good as long as it is clear to the seller that you will regret your purchase.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself
If you regret your purchase, you must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel the purchase.
The deadline of 14 days is met if you have simply notified the seller that you want to cancel the purchase before the deadline expires. You then have another 14 days to get the package sent to the seller.
If you return an item to a webshop because you have regretted your purchase, you must pay the return shipping yourself - but only if the company has informed you in advance.
When you send the item, you must always ensure that you get documentation that the item has been sent – for example a receipt from the post office or the carrier. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to the seller.
Money back? Remember to include the shipping cost
If you regret your online purchase, you are entitled to both the money back for the item and for the original shipping.
The seller must pay you back the money for a standard delivery. If you have chosen a special urgent delivery, you cannot necessarily get all the money back.
If you regret the purchase of an item, the seller has 14 days to pay the money back to you. The deadline starts when you have announced that you are returning the item.
Can you try the product before you regret your purchase?
The store must be able to resell the item if you regret your purchase. Therefore, the item must appear as new when you send it back to the seller.
You are therefore welcome to try the product - but you must not use the product. This means that you are welcome to unpack the clothes and try them on, but you are not allowed to wear them to a party. And you must unpack the printer and examine it, including testing the printer.
Is the product damaged or does it show signs of use? Then you do not lose your right of withdrawal. But the seller can deduct the decrease in value from the purchase price, which you would otherwise have been reimbursed.
If the item is worthless after use, you cannot get your money back.
The seller assesses whether the value of the goods has deteriorated. If you disagree with the seller's assessment, you must complain to the seller, and if you cannot agree on a solution, you can take the matter to a Danish appeals or complaints board, depending on the product, or for example go to Consumer Europe if you have bought the item on a webshop in another EU country.
2 years right of complaint
Naturally, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act's rules for the purchase of goods. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. Damage to the product as a result of incorrect handling on the part of the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints regarding errors and omissions must be reported to Hanevild ApS within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. Here, two months is considered a reasonable time.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified. Contact us at salg@hanevild.com before returning goods yourself so that we can remedy the problem. Should we wish to return a defective item, we will send you a return label by mail.
We expect you to pack the item securely when you send it back and we do not accept items sent with cash on delivery.
